- Spring (March–May) and fall (October–November) are ideal — warm, dry days perfect for golf. Summer is very hot (often 100°F+), so groups tee off early; green fees also drop in the heat. Winter is mild and playable, with cooler mornings and good value.
- How many days do you need for a Las Vegas golf trip?
- Three to four days. Vegas trips usually run one round a day — the nights are long, after all — leaving afternoons and evenings for the Strip. Four days lets you mix a bucket-list round like Shadow Creek with a couple of great-value desert courses.
- Where should a golf group stay for a Las Vegas golf trip?
- On the Strip. It’s the whole point — dining, shows, nightlife, and (for some courses) golf right on property. Wynn has its own course steps from the casino, and Bali Hai sits at the south end of the Strip; access to the rest is an easy drive or resort shuttle.
- How much does a Las Vegas golf trip cost?
- Wildly variable. Shadow Creek alone is a several-hundred-to-four-figure green fee (MGM resort guests only, limo included), while Las Vegas Paiute offers excellent desert golf for far less. - Can you play Shadow Creek in Las Vegas?
- Yes, but it’s exclusive: Shadow Creek (a Tom Fazio masterpiece) is open only to guests of MGM Resorts properties, at a premium green fee that includes limousine transport. Securing a tee time is part of the planning we handle.
