- What is Fairway Stays?
- Fairway Stays is a human-led concierge service that plans buddies golf trips across the United States. A real concierge handles lodging, tee times, ground transport, and the day-by-day itinerary, and keeps your whole group aligned in one place.
- Who is it for?
- Groups of about 4 to 12 friends planning a golf trip — typically the annual buddies getaway. It’s built for the one person who always ends up organizing.
- Where do you plan trips?
- Anywhere in the United States. Our deepest expertise today is Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona, with Myrtle Beach, Pinehurst, and Bandon Dunes next — but the service is destination-agnostic.
Pricing
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing is bespoke and quote-based. We work backwards from your group’s budget instead of selling fixed packages, so the trip is built to your number. Share a budget range in the intake form and we return a tailored quote with no obligation.
- Is there a published price list?
- No. Because every trip differs in size, season, and destination, we quote each one individually rather than forcing groups into packages.
- Do you mark up bookings?
- Our model is a transparent planning fee, not a hidden markup on your lodging or tee times. How payments flow is confirmed per trip when we scope it.
How it works
- How do I get started?
- Fill out the short intake form with your destination, rough dates, group size, and budget range. A concierge reviews it and comes back with a tailored plan and quote, usually within one business day.
- Do you book everything for us?
- We do the sourcing, planning, and coordination, and we make booking effortless. The exact split of what we book directly versus hand off to your group is sorted per trip.
- What does my group have to do?
- Very little. We surface only the handful of decisions that genuinely need the group — final dates, the lodging pick from a shortlist, pairings — and handle everything else, including chasing anyone who hasn’t responded.
- Is there an app my group has to learn?
- No dashboards to master. Once you’re signed on, your trip lives in one calm shared view that shows lodging, tee times, transport, the itinerary, and any decisions needed — so nobody’s digging through a group chat.
